PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING™

Ingredients:
5 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup icing sugar (sifted)
1/3 cup heavy cream/heavy
whipping cream (cold)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon fine salt
Directions:
- Whip the cold heavy cream until stiff
peak. Set aside
- In a clean bowl, cream butter
until pale yellow. Then add creamy peanut butter and mix well until all the
mixture combined well.
- While creaming the mixture, add
icing sugar 1 tablespoon at a time until all the icing sugar added into the peanut
butter mixture.
- Add the vanilla extract and the
salt into the mixture.
- Lastly, fold in the whipped heavy
cream.
- Ready to pipe.
